Palet Unwinder /Palet Winder
The horizontal pallet unwinder allows for effortless unwinding of coils and spools with different diameters. The band is guided from the winding plate through a deflection roller into the band feed, and then further directed into the storage through a non-contact loop control.
The band feed can be horizontally adjusted to the center of the band. To thread the product, the feed wheels are pneumatically opened and closed again after threading, allowing for a smooth continuation of the unwinding process.
The speed of the winding plate is controlled by the dancer control, while the loop control regulates the speed of the band feed. The machine automatically detects the end of the band and its tension, resulting in an immediate stop.
The dancer control is adjustable both horizontally along the running direction and vertically (motorized) in height, allowing for easy adaptation to various products.
To prevent the pallet from slipping, the winding plate is equipped with ribbed metal and an additional intervention protection. These measures ensure a secure and efficient unwinding of your coils and spools.

The product is guided to the winding plate through a loop control, which regulates the winding speed, and via deflection rollers. The deflection roller in front of the winding plate is electrically height-adjustable, allowing for motorized positioning of each coil or layer. These positions can be stored based on the product. A band brake with integrated guide and part counter is placed between the deflection rollers. The integrated part counter records the quantity of pieces. Once the predetermined target quantity is reached, the winder stops and closes the band clamp.
