LOIRE SAFE, the biggest Spanish manufacturer of hydraulic presses, is based since 1.962 in Hernani. It has 2 production plants in Hernani and Irura. LOIRE joined the GESTAMP group in 2.011. Its main activity is the design and the production of hydraulic presses, servo presses, “press hardening”/hot stamping lines and lines of presses as well as the automation / integration of presses.
LOIRE has expanded its range of products by developing and manufacturing Servo Mechanical Presses based on the latest technical advances to ensure better production and flexibility with reduced energy consumption.
The servo presses can work in transfer or progressive mode. The equipment includes a feeding line composed of a decoiler, a straightener, a greasing unit, a shear, an input and output conveyor and a transfer for loading and unloading.
In addition, LOIRE offers its customers the possibility of driving their hydraulic presses and their press lines by means of servo pumps. This technology presents energy efficiency advantages over traditional hydraulic presses.
LOIRE staff has implemented INDUSTRY 4.0 in our hydraulic press lines. Many lines of presses have been successfully monitored worldwide.
This additional service provides a complete range of information through the analysis of data on each line of presses in order to detect alarms and potential solutions.
Finally, the LOIRE technical support team is deeply focused on supporting our customers around the world with the latest solutions that include remote digital tools and our immediate presence to provide our knowledge and guarantee high production performance for our lines.
