FlyMarker® mini 85/45 plus: All-round convincing through versatility, compactness and impact power
The mobile marking system FlyMarker® mini 85/45 plus impresses with its versatility and impact power, as well as its low weight of only 3.1 kg and its compact design, all at an attractive price/performance ratio.
The new battery-powered hand-held marking system is equipped with a marking field of 85 x 45 mm. It combines the strengths of the existing FlyMarker® mini 65/30 and FlyMarker® mini 120/45 plus models in one device. This makes the compact FlyMarker® mini 85/45 plus the perfect partner for permanent and tamper-proof marking in industry.
The new development perfectly complements the existing portfolio in the field of battery-powered hand-held marking devices. One highlight is the optionally exchangeable strong impact magnet, which can be replaced very easily and quickly thanks to its innovative plug & play system. With the aid of the strong impact magnet, it is possible to stamp very deep markings that remain visible even after subsequent processing steps, such as sandblasting or painting. In addition to characters and numbers, individual company logos, test marks or Data Matrix codes can also be marked. Two prisms on the base of the FlyMarker® mini 85/45 plus make it easy to mark round parts (radially and axially).
The extremely stable and high-quality guide system consists of double-guided linear guides in the X and Y directions, which carry out multi-line marking precisely and without distortion at a constant marking depth across the entire marking field. As an option, the integrated setting angle can be replaced by an adjustable aluminum setting angle. This angle allows the FlyMarker® mini 85/45 plus to be easily and flexibly adapted to customer-specific requirements and fixtures. Hot materials can also be marked and it is possible to immerse the marking needle in the workpiece.
