Head & Tailstock Positioner
Syncrolift is a positioner which allows to adjust the height and rotation of the workpieces during welding operations Besides welding, it is also used for assembly and maintenance operations in many different application fields.
Workpieces can rotate in both directions and be lifted up and down with fast and accurate movements. The workpieces can be fixed to the plates directly or by using specific clamping devices. Elevation and descent are carried out safely with uniform speed. The rotation speed can be adjusted by the operator. The positioner's stability allows to efficiently handle also large workpieces, up to 5m diameter.
