NEW GAGES
OMCR continues to innovate in the sheet metal forming sector, presenting a new range of products designed to improve precision, versatility and stamping quality.
Our experience has now resulted in three new technical solutions that meet the increasingly complex needs of the sheet metal industry:
- The new C10.17 Adjustable Gage offer maximum flexibility during the adjustment on the die, reducing setup times and increasing positioning accuracy.
- The new C10.50 range is designed to ensure optimal sheet metal support, improving the stability of the piece during the stamping phase.
-OMCR introduces a new polished version of gages for light alloy stamping, ideal for aluminium applications where maximum surface quality is required. This option is available for the C10.09, C10.10, C10.16 and 39D 807/3 series and is identified by the extension “P” to the standard code, indicating the polished surface quality with low friction coefficient.
