Thanks to the “Place & Click” principle, any user can take high-resolution scans with just a few clicks and without any preparation. The system captures complete 360° 3D scans of complex measurement objects with traceable accuracy and enables automatic CAD conversion of the scan data. In addition, deviations between scan and CAD data can be visualized quickly and easily with the 3D measurement comparison. From scanning to converting the CAD data (STEP format), operation is intuitive and fast. The direct conversion option eliminates the need for special software solutions. In addition, the newly developed receiver lens and the WDR CMOS sensor offer twice the resolution of previous models. This enables the acquisition of precise 3D data with accurate shape and color information, as well as versatile measurements, including shape and position tolerances.
The WM-6000 combines precision, mobility and user-friendliness in a unique 3D coordinate measuring system. Thanks to the wireless measuring probe and laser scanner, both classic measuring points and complex free-form surfaces can be measured quickly and contact-free - without any preparation or reference marks.
