We began as H2 Green Steel with a mission to slash the carbon footprint of steelmaking by up to 95%. But our story goes beyond steel. So we've changed our name to reflect our ambition – to decarbonize hard-to-abate industry for good.
Stegra is a Swedish word meaning raising, stepping up or increasing. A name fit for the future that captures our mindset. We are an industrial impact scale-up in the process of building our first plant for large-scale production of green hydrogen, green iron and green steel.
As we prepare for start of production, we are working throughout the supply chain to bring our products to market. Come and visit us to explore how we can work together.
