Targeted relief for physical labour - with the S700 from exoIQ
With the S700 shoulder exoskeleton, exoIQ presents an innovative solution for ergonomic relief in industrial working environments. The active system supports the arm, shoulder and neck muscles when working at chest height and overhead - with an individually adjustable force of up to 5 kg per arm. The technology is based on an electro-pneumatic drive that is controlled by a battery-powered compressor and precisely recognises and supports the user's movements.
The S700 can be quickly adjusted to different body sizes without tools and is designed for daily use. It is operated intuitively via an integrated control element that offers a pause function as well as force regulation. The system is complemented by the exoIQ app, which can be used to activate and save presets - predefined support modes. The app also enables an ergonomics analysis that visualises movement sequences and identifies potential for optimisation.
The exoskeleton is produced in southern Germany, with exoIQ drawing on the expertise of the TTS Tooltechnic Systems Group. The sophisticated hygiene concept with interchangeable textile sets ensures easy and hygienic use by several employees.
