In hall 8, booth 8208, we will show a motorized decoiler whose characteristics are capacity load 7 tons and
mandrel width 1500 mm. This machine is a component part of a steel or aluminium coil uncoiling and recoiling line designed upon customer request, equipped with loading and unloading coil cars, a protective film application device and a pneumatic cut-to length shear.
Among our innovative products, there are the lines shown in the photos:
1. a compact feeding line for 10 ton coils, 1000 mm wide and 6 mm thick, with fixed coil laoding car and movable self-aligning on the working axis decoiler
2. a feeding line with loop, suitable to work with high strength steel coils, uncoiling from above or below, equipped with straightener with rolls drawer with motorized extraction and insertion, and automatic coupling of the rolls to their cardan joints
3. compact feeding line with electronic shear for noiseless cutting
