Simply generate nitrogen yourself
The southern German compressed air and pneumatics specialist Mader will present its products and solutions in the field of nitrogen and oxygen generation for the first time at Blechexpo 2023 in Stuttgart. At booth 3413, visitors will learn how they can generate nitrogen and oxygen autonomously and self-controlled for their sheet metal processing applications.
Mader designs and implements tailor-made, energy-efficient complete nitrogen systems. The portfolio also includes nitrogen systems that are specially suited to the requirements of laser machines. In addition to a very high purity of the nitrogen, they also ensure a high final pressure of up to approx. 30 bar.
Since 2016, Mader has been implementing systems for the production of nitrogen and oxygen based on the PSA principle (Pressure Swing Adsorption), in which the compressed air generated by a compressor is used to obtain nitrogen or oxygen.
