Captive Nuts - New in production program
VDF FEDERN is a group of efficient manufacturers in the field of spring technology. VDF VOGTLAND Federntechnik, RENZING Federntechnik and KREUTZER Stanz – Biegetechnik are manufacturers of technical springs made of wire and steel strip as well as assemblies and components.
New in our production program is the captive nut, an intelligent fastening solution according to customer specifications. Captive nuts are used in particular for power distribution technology. There are also numerous applications in the automotive and domestic appliance industries. Captive nuts enable a subsequent fitting of components on sheet metal with friction-locked nuts. The clip function allows the nut to be placed in positions difficult to access. The efficient production of large series is thereby carried out directly on the machine following the cutting and stamping-bending process.
