Precise unloading means greater efficiency in the workshop.
With the Libellula.SORTING colour coding system unloading is ultra-fast and always correct.
-Constant dialogue with CAD/CAM Libellula.CUT:Libellula.SORTING is updated in real time by the cutting software on the
planning and progress of the process. To each job advanced in Libellula’s MES, Libellula.VISIO, the software will assign a
colour according to the parameter chosen by the user from among: job order, customer, part code, associated routings.
-Incorrect unloading? Impossible. Until Until now, it was easy for the operator to get confused by having to differentiate
which shapes to unload from among all the nested plates.
-Problem solved in just two steps by Libellula.SORTING:
1. by scrolling through the list of all cut sheets, it will be possible to easily locate the one to be unloaded, thanks to
the dedicated preview and the information present
2. by applying a colour filter to the sheet thus identified, the individual workpieces to be unloaded will immediately
be displayed according to the preset parameters
-Quality Control Function: Libellula.SORTING verifi es that all workpieces are perfectly nested. In the event of a defect,
it immediately returns the information to the Libellula.CUT CAD/CAM integrated order management (mod.ORDER) via MES
(Libellula.VISIO) to put them back into processing.
-Simplifi ed search for orders and jobs: by entering the name of a job in a special fi eld of the software, it will display
all the related icons. Scanning their QR code, if any, will automatically fi ll in the search field.
