New Rotary Shear and Scrap Chopper with Injecta extraction system
Athader has supplied Coil Processing lines for over 30 years
Athader expands the range of the Rotary Shears in Cut to Length lines up to 8 mm thickness Steel Coils.
The new Rotary Shear includes:
- Quick blade extraction system from operator side.
- Automatic blade GAP adjustment.
- Width range up to 2.100mm.
Extractable Scrap Chopper, injecta system: The unit includes a Scrap Chopper in line and a Complete Scrap Chopper off line on a two position extraction garage. Changing the knives or doing maintenance in the machine can be done offline, while the other unit is in operation.
