Do you also wish you had a "third hand" to assist you when welding? Our magnetic welding aid TMA 600 reliably holds metal parts exactly at the desired angle - continuously from 0 to 90. No problem for our variable welding angle. Compact, flexible and powerful, this lightweight weighing only 2.7 kg masters all tasks related to the alignment of heavy workpieces at different angles - for precise and safe welding. Adjust the two angle side plates steplessly from 0° to 90° by means of scaling and lock the TMA 600 effortlessly with the practical quick clamps. The power comes from two ALFRA TMC 300 holding magnets which, thanks to patented technology, develop an adhesive force of 300 kg each perpendicular to the magnetic surface from a material thickness of 6 mm. A further advantage: Our ALFRA magnets are designed in such a way that the arc created during welding is only deflected when the distance to the tool falls below 15 mm. Welding seams very close to the magnet are therefore possible. Like all our magnets, the TMA 600 also has a TiN coating on the magnetic adhesive surface, which is why it is unusually resistant and durable.
