Eberle - made for precision - Precision Strip Steel and Bimetal Strip for highest requirements
We produce cold rolled and heat treated high carbon precision strip steel which fulfils the highest requirements regarding tolerances, straightness, flatness, tensile strength, surface finish, edge finish etc. ensuring a high quality final product.
The most important grade of our strip steel production is EBERLE 18 (corresponding to EN C100S and US AISI/SAE 1095, but with higher purity), dimension range mainly:
Thickness 0.02 - 1.0 mm
Width 1.5 - 240 mm
Additionally, we are producing Bimetal Strip Steel with our own Beam Welding operations. This Bimetal Strip is used by our own Bandsaw Blade production as well as supplied world-wide for applications like Band Saws, Hand Hack Saws, Hole Saws, Jig- and Reciprocating Saws.
