You only come across the term ‘’fully automatic machine’’ when you spoil yourself to a good, new coffee machine: enjoyment at the push of a button. The TD double folder cannot make coffee. But produce sheet metal profiles highly efficiently and fully automatically. The operator basically only has to press the button - and he could then get himself a fresh cup of coffee in peace.

And there they are then ready for easy removal”.
FULLY AUTOMATIC AND SEMI-AUTOMATION MODE
A major advantage of this innovative automation solution is the option to have the machine producing not only in full automation but in semi-automation mode also. Within a few seconds, the entire unloading unit can be automatically folded away and be "parked" underneath the part buffer framework. The space between the double folder and the buffer unit is so freed again for the operator and orders can be processed without the use of full automation.
COST REDUCTION AND EFFICIENCY INCREASE
The whole system can be operated by just a single operator. The numerous advantages are obvious: considerable cost savings through significant reduced labor force, minimized risks of accidents, high efficiency and productivity gains and thanks to the modular design of the automation concept a high degree of flexibility in the manufacturing. All three automation components can easily be retrofitted to the latest generation of the TD models.
