Exhibition highlights of the Schröder Group at Blechexpo 2025 Hall 1, Booth 1804
At the 17th Blechexpo, the Schröder Group presents two major innovations in sheet metal processing:
MAK 4 Evolution UD with upgraded AHS
The fully automatic folding machine MAK 4 Evolution UD now features an upgraded Advanced Handling System (AHS). The enhanced system enables faster and more precise positioning of large blanks thanks to the optimized interaction of a rotating plate with suction cups, camera system, and motorized reference axes. This allows for seamless, fully automated processing of sheet metal up to 6 mm thick—ensuring maximum efficiency and process reliability.
PowerBend Professional with New hemming function
The proven PowerBend Professional has been enhanced with a new closing function. This feature allows hems to be produced in a single step—quickly, cleanly, and with maximum repeatability. Previously only available on the PBM series, this function is now integrated into the PowerBend Professional, making it ideal for industrial-scale serial production.
With these innovations, the Schröder Group reaffirms its leading position in automation and efficiency in sheet metal processing.
