CeraCode® "flex" - identification solution for components that are subject to severe deformation
The Senodis Technologies GmbH is presenting two innovative solutions for individual component identification at the Blechexpo show, specially designed for high-temperature processes and demanding industrial applications.

CeraCode "base" is ideal for generating standardized 2D codes and labels on parts and components that are manufactured in high-temperature processes, such as press hardened parts or ceramic components. The system includes a range of printers (large characters such as DoD and small characters such as CiJ), specially developed, high-temperature resistant inks with ceramic pigments, as well as a complete integration concept and full customer service. With this technology, Senodis enables consistent traceability of components and helps its customers to significantly reduce costs in the areas of quality, logistics and process optimization.

Our product CeraCode "flex" was developed to overcome the challenges of marking components that are subject to significant deformation or where high surface temperatures occur during marking, as is the case, for example, in massive forming. CeraCode "flex" uses high temperature inks to create random patterns using transfer printing or "shot marking". These pattern are then converted into a digital identifier using an AI-based image recognition process. Through this method, which is similar to a virtual "fingerprint", Senodis opens up identification possibilities in industrial areas that previously did not offer adequate solutions for individual marking.
