Cromatica is the cutting-edge, high-tech solution which allows to print custom textures and images on steel and metal surfaces.

Designed by the R&D teams at Marcegaglia and developed in partnership with some of the leading paint companies in Europe, the latest evolution within the Marcegaglia COATEEL® range allows to customize steel surfaces from both a visual and a sensory point of view with an almost infinite range of colors, shades and opacities.
Due to the use of a tested mix of organic and inorganic paints, coatings and finishes, the durability of the patterns is guaranteed for the external and internal surfaces.

The Cromatica production line is based in Ravenna, in Northern Italy, where Marcegaglia has built its biggest steel metallurgy plant and its central hub for integrated logistics.

A vast variety of applications:

- Residential and commercial buildings: buildings with ventilated facades; exteriors of sports centers, convention centers, shopping centers, office blocks , etc; warehouse rooftops
- Private residences: building exteriors, garage doors, rooftops and canopies, garden furniture
- Infrastructures: train stations and airports, roads and bridges, construction sites
