CNC Tube Bending Machine BMZ 6 / CNC Tube Bending System TWISTER² 25-RL
BMZ 6:
The WAFIOS BMZ 6 is a unique and innovative CNC tube bending machine that has specifically been designed for the production of
micro parts as they are used e.g. in medical technology for cannulas or in high-frequency technology for semi-rigid coax cables.
The smallest machine of the well-known BMZ series is setting standards in terms of profitability, production speed and efficiency.
Thanks to its compact design, it can be installed on site more quickly and requires much less space than larger, oversized
machines.
TWISTER² 25-RL:
In conventional tube bending machines, the feed unit positions the component on a linear axis along the tube direction in the bending head. Due to the linear guidance, there are inevitably fewer degrees of freedom compared to the positioning of the component by a 6-axis robot, as used in the TWISTER².
With the TWISTER², in addition to feeding and handling tasks, the robot also takes over the feed during the bending process. In daily operation, the TWISTER² opens up new freedom in parts production and machine operation.
