Metallic endless strips as well as blanks for outer body panels are efficiently cleaned with Sword Brush technology. The thermal self-cleaning unit of the linear brushes enables alternating operation of different materials such as oiled steel, aluminium with dry lube or non-ferrous metals without expensive retooling time.

- Coils:
The Cevomat® cleans even sharp-edged and wavy sheet metal strips made of steel, stainless steel, aluminium or non-ferrous metals on both sides at high transport speeds.

- Blanks and outer body panels:
Oiled steel blanks as well as aluminium blanks with dry lubes are cleaned before entering the press line to reliably prevent particle-related damage. After the laser blanking process, Sword Brushes remove the particles adhering to the cut edges and are convincing with a constantly high cleaning performance in 24/7 production.

- Conveyor belts:
A Sword Brush wiping across the direction of transport continuously cleans the conveyor belt and avoids that particles are dragged along the line.

- Electrical sheet metal strips:
Due to a small footprint, the compact Combi Sword Brush Una XL can be easily integrated into existing production lines and cleans narrow sheet metal strips very effectively.
