Remmert's fully automatic LaserFLEX robot application for loading and unloading laser cutting systems fully exploits the maximum productivity of laser cutting processes. LaserFLEX takes about one minute for the loading and unloading process - making it one of the fastest systems on the market. Downtimes of laser cutting systems approach zero, and even lasers with a high processing speed are optimally supported.

For fast material access, the sheets are optimally stored in single- or double-tower warehouses, placed in a space-saving manner in the immediate production environment. The Remmert Warehouse Management System provides all basic functions for inventory management as well as storage and retrieval of your materials. And with SMART Control, all relevant data of the warehouse logistics and the connected laser cutting system are bundled and clearly visualized in a user-friendly dashboard. At the same time, algorithms continuously analyze the plant status and immediately raise an alarm if there are any discrepancies or errors.

The LaserFLEX system can additionally be expanded for fast sorting of sheet metal blanks. Remmert offers solutions for manual or fully automatic sorting of the laser-cut parts.

Integration into existing halls, production landscapes and IT infrastructures is a Remmert specialty. LaserFLEX is suitable for all known laser cutting systems from a wide range of manufacturers. A later extension by further production lines can also be easily realized due to the modular concept.
